Craft ObserverCam gives you six degrees of freedom. Your walk-thrus and visualizations have never been this easy. You 'drive' the camera with a joystick, and your movements are captured in key-frames automatically.
Found in Translation
CG camera animation is notorious. If you don't get travel sickness you're guaranteed to get bored.
If you can create faster you can also spend more time being creative. Craft ObserverCam will turn your ideas into reality. And it won't make your customers wish they hadn't decided to go with CG.
Move your camera around the scene in any direction. We recommend a 3D-mouse from 3D Connexion, but you can use any input device. All your movements are saved in key-frames which makes them easily editable in the graph editor.
Rotate
Craft ObserverCam is a very powerful tool. We build all our plug-ins to be highly customizable - offering you a wide variety of configuration settings.
Use Craft ObserverCam to look around (i.e. only rotate, not translate) from the perspective of anything - whether animated or still.
Together with Craft Helicopter you can film the perspective of a cameraman inside a helicopter.
Organic
Constant speeds are unrealistic. Linear movement is unrealistic.
With Craft ObserverCam your camera animations will feel alive. It will look like motion capture because a real live human is holding the controls.
